Return & Refund
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
At Colloid Colors, we are committed to providing high-quality customized sneakers to our valued customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. Each pair of sneakers is customized specifically for the buyer, making it difficult for us to resell or repurpose them. We offer refunds only in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, such as faulty materials or workmanship, we will gladly provide a refund.
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support within 30 days days of receiving your order and provide detailed information and supporting evidence regarding the defect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that our refund policy does not cover issues arising from incorrect design aspects or size selections made by the buyer. We strongly recommend that you carefully review and verify all design aspects, including colors, patterns, and personalization, as well as select the correct size, before placing your order. This ensures that you have a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.
